you're nearly right there Doog... It's probably a one/two bed flat above the shop... Thats quite normal in the busier parts down here... Generally the flats above shops are of a good size compared to your purpose built block of flats and you're right in the thick of it with the pubs and restaurants along with all the other shops, if you like it busy-busy then thats the place to be... breathe... the older I'm getting the less appeal the city has to me... I'm already thinking about relocating to a smaller villiage a good hour's drive (or more) north of London.
