And thats how you tell the difference between Bho and Iso, you will find ISO is (Not to offend) no good for mental patients who need a high dose of the good stuff.
Dont bother with ISO just go straight to Bho its more fun, have you tried eating it straight in and wash it down i find Iso works best like that.

The second batch is always how my QWISO turns out
Iv often wondered why , do you shake vigorously ? I'm guessing the trichs haven't ruptured so stay sandy rather than oilly ? Discuss

Hey man,
You could well be right. My first (and usually only) wash is always just a swirl round the jar, forming a vortex in the middle of the liquid. i keep it going at a steady pace for 30-35 seconds, then strain. For the second wash I thought there was hardly anything left in there, so i shook fuck out of it for another 30 seconds. I also think the heat and length of dry time has a lot to do with the final product. Maybe you could swirl it in the iso, scrape it up a little sooner (not to soon) and not get it to hot ie not in the sun or an airing cupboard or the such.
Anyway i think you should use your next batch of trim to do a BHO run if you have a place to do it..ill get some pictures up of my tubes over the next few days.

then there's all the purging techniques to discuss...shit so much to do so little time.

A nifty trick that works for me is this: I put plastic wrap OVER the top of a suqare glass dish, make a slight pool in the middle, and allow the qwiso mixture to dry in the pool in the middle. once all of the alcohol is gone, i wrap the plastic wrap up, and pop it into the freezer to harden it up a bit quicker. I hated scraping it up, and felt like I was not getting all of it. this way, it comes off the plastic wrap completely after it is frozen.

All three work totally fine but my new Titanium nail is my personal preference

and did you get the darker tastier stronger one for your second??..maybe your garden sheds in a parallel dimension
Great news on the Durban trim if you've got a lot you could always pack a tube and try BHO and compare the high to your qwiso!!..you've gotta be a hell of a lot more careful, but i think if you do it in your garden away from everything and everyone, with a gentle side wind, don't wear baggy cloths and have everything ready to hand, you'd have a lot of fun. I've made a small tube that holds 6-7g and you don't really need to even run a full can through it..but i digress thats for another thread.

well i like the outcome in the fact you get every last bit of the qwiso out the bowl.... But id wanna do some research into how the 99.99% pure isopropyl alcohol reacts with the plastic wrap???? i don't want any plastic molecules in my dabs

anyone got any insight into that?

& no prob's with the iso doing anything adverse to the wrapping ? I do find that getting the last little bits can be a pain

hmmm will have to investigate.. but I would think that the fact that the ISO comes in a plastic container, and it is now mixed with an oil ( the plant resin) should stablize it . but I'm no scientist.. however. non-stick sprays don't affect plastic wrap, ( and they are mostly grain alcohol, read the can)
