Hi all,
I just came back from my first trip in Amsterdam, and I must say that it was great. I loved the city very much, it was really nice to take walks!
We stayed at the Amsterdam Cribs apartments, the 7 people one just right next to the Red Light District. The apartment was pretty cool.
As far as the coffeeshop visits, I had made a list from this forum as to which were the best few in my opinion after reading the topics, and I must say it was pretty good.
First visit was at Amnesia were we tried the G-13 Haze and some hash I don't remember (as I'm not a hash fan). The G-13 was probably the best one we smoked during this trip. Amnesia was a really cool looking place and the staff was more than friendly, I will always have good impression about that place.
Then it was Funny People next morning as we literally lived right above it so we bought some White Widow which wasn't bad. The staff was cool except one guy. He told a friend of mine who wanted to have a cup of coffee that he must buy weed in order to stay, whereas the previous day we had only drinks in there. That same guy told another friend of mine that he can't smoke in there and "to go away", while the previous day the other guy was just fine with that. My cousin also bought some Haze and some Cheese from there which weren't bad.
Then we bought some Bubba Kush from Dampkring and went to Abraxas to smoke and buy some John Siclair from there. Bubba Kush was probably my second favorite. John Siclair wasn't bad but Abraxas was a really cool store to chill with nice music. Dampkring seemed cool & had nice music as well, but was very crowded.
And the last day I wanted to buy some buds from Grey Area but it was closed when we went at 20:15, way too early in my opinion, and it was Saturday. Anyway, we went to Hill Street Blues and bought some Hill Street Special and some Lemon Haze. I liked the place, and I liked the weed as well, especially the Lemon Haze.
That's it folks! Thanks everyone for helping me form my coffeeshop list!
