Central, because it's a lifesaver when one arrives at chickenyawn, or has to change trains. Choose a strain and know you're back.

Siberië, because there's everything one needs: excellent smoke and drink and food, free internet access, space.

This is a good thread and despite it being here for what seems like ages it still makes a fantastic read, its kind of like a condensed read of all the many individual coffeeshop reviews and makes a good reference for planning a trip.

Although its probably not much fun for the guy who has to add up all the votes I think it would be a good idea to renew this thread annualy, Why ?, because things change--Basjoes is now under new ownership and newer shops like Voyagers aere not in the poll from the start and therefore Voyagers and others are not represented. Some shops may be good one year and not so good the next and vice versa. Excellent thread but to be relevant it needs to be renewed now and then to reflect changes.

Just a thought.

You can change your vote as much as you want so peoples top 3 will change with time, if I never went back my current top 3 would still be the same in 10 years time so there isn't any need to update it (imo).

My top 3 in order are:

Voyager's, all the hype considered, this is a great shop with great if not the best buds in AMS, and a budtender who is friendly and one of us.

Club Media, great shop and prices, good organic buds, if it wasn't for HB at Voyager's this would be my #1.

Paradox, one of my favs for years, great atmosphere and budtenders, good bud and hash, and good food.

I can't change the shops in this poll without resetting it. Maybe I'll close this poll and start a new one sometime after 4-20.

I think resetting is a good idea as things change and old ratings may no longer be relevant. There are some shops getting better and some shops getting worse; some shops that were intially missed and some that have closed. Maybe a reset every two (2) years would be a good thing, but only if somehow the history isn't lost. I'm thinking that either 4/20 or 1/1 would be the best time for a reset.
