I like this poll cos you can change your votes. I agree it needs updating but what if shops that closed down opened up again? Also people can always remove their votes and vote for someone else.
Think Dun Toker is right and Voyagers will end the year at number one. I have just changed my vote from Grey Area to Voyagers. Kept 420 and Club Media but having read this thread it looks like Siberie and Abraxas could be worth a visit.

For me
3rd. Greenhouse (either), menu, knowledge, quirkiness, food, wifi, location(s)
2nd Katsu , Verdamper, knowledge, BLACK WIDOW, ((first ever coffee shop all those years ago)
1st Ibiza, Scotland flag above counter, good friends with Budtender, Hindu Kush, Honey Tbilisa
Just my 14 cents worth
Other shops worth a mention for their knowledge in my experience is Bluebird and Dampkring
Over and trout

Voyagers, STILL, if you know weed you know voyagers, all the menu is good, a few strange ones but all dam fine, that tester hash was pretty nice aswell
Also the funniest tenders in the damage, classic quotes with perfect timing
Utopia, yes you read right, great little shop, liked the cheese, iceo not so, budlady is superb and makes the best espresso I have ever had, set my days up a treat, thanks for adding to prob my best trip to date. Lots of potential here, keep up the good work
Paradox, won't bore you, great service, shop and tender, the fact the chocolope had a small seed in don't take away the fact this is prob amsterdams most consistent shop over the years IMHO.
Great times had

Glad Ibiza got a mention – I was wondering why this shop didn't have a thread of its own, or appear on the de Pijp proposed crawl.
Was there two visits ago, and bought both weed and hash there. Can't remember what they were, but both were quite nice, and the atmosphere seemed fine as well.

Might have to look into this. With Carmola getting bad reviews recently might be worth substituting another shop into the crawl like Ibiza for example.

I can't keep my list to just three anymore... I have a group of shops that are in my must visit list every trip..
In no particular order: Barney's, Green Place, Voyagers, Hill Street Market, Grey Area, and Basjoe.
Also up for next trip for sure: 1e Hulp, Funky Monkey, Spirit (never been before), Katsu (somehow fell out of rotation), and Club Media (never been before)

1: Grey Area
2: Dampkring
3: Voyagers
Been my 3 favourite coffeeshops for a while now always buy most of my supplies from these places. Grey Area have a great menu all of which strains are worth buying. Especially the Silver Bubble at 13e was very nice smoke. I also like Dampkring as its always a great place to sit and chill (if you can get a seat) with a very nice selection and a large menu so there is always something there for somebody this is usually my first visit. Voyagers is another with an excellent menu, starting to gain its rightful place as 1 of the best in Amsterdam and rightly so. You can get some very nice bud here.

Maybe the list needs a little work - or does anyone care that some of those shops no longer exist?

There's a lot of caring,
https://www.coffeeshopdirect.com/forum/viewt ... 13&t=21601. The issue right now is what the change should look like. Are we better off with a constrained list of fifty (50), an unlimited list of over six hundred (600), or something in between. Do we have an accurate picture of the Amsterdam coffeeshop scene with respect to recent sales and acquisitions?
Any thoughts?
