I dunno about him, but BBC was my absolute fav when I went to the dam 2 years ago. I've seen it 3x up here in the NW USA, and truly could have smoked on it for weeks and weeks. totally thrilled to be smokin' on some in 8 days!!!

I said in my September 2010 report https://www.coffeeshopdirect.com/forum/viewt ... 10&t=14832 'Dam is flooded with good quality amnesia haze and cheese. Most things I had which were good were amnesia haze or cheese varieties. I like them as much as the next guy, but I would like something new every now and again.'
This is true again, they seem to do amnesia & cheese well and everything else isn’t up to the same standard and the tangerine dream, among others I saw, was just relabelled amnesia. I usually find one or two stand out strains like a purple/mango kush or some diesel variant or white choco etc. But the rest is just cheese and amnesia. So I do slightly get fed up after smoking so much cheese at home & in Dam, but then you get a really one and love it all over again.

Day 3

Boerejongens
6g Love Potion E8 – repeat purchase
Image
4g White Choco E7.50 – repeat purchase
Image
Image
Id find myself putting my nose in one bag then the other, again and again and again in my stoned trace, then id wake up from it realise what I had been doing and then did it some more.
1g SSG13H E12 – repeat purchase

Bij
1g G13 Amnesia – repeat purchase - nice strong stone/high combo
Image

Kashmir for smokes.

walk through a very cold Vondel
Image

Katsu
1.4g OG Kush E20 – asked which had the better flavour to the ever present bud lady. She said she liked the kush. Again disappointing and not a midgets dick on the sample I had at home. It was an ok smoke, just not OG flav. 4/10
Image
Image
prices going up and up here which is not correlating with quality. Second time it s been poor – Somantra in Sept was worse ( https://www.coffeeshopdirect.com/forum/viewt ... 10&t=14832 )

Papilion
1g Cream Special E9.50 similar to grendella in sept expect more compact. Lovley maroc flav. 8/10
Image
Image
1g Blue Cheese E10 – nice and cheesey. 7/10
Image

I was disappointed as it was rammed full and there wasn’t anywhere to sit. The new menu screens are ok, but as people have said reduced hash selection. Lets just hope there out of stock and coming back.

Steakhouse Piet de Leeuw for an amazing steak, not to expensive either. Highly recommended.

Abraxas – sat in the same seats as almost a year ago to the day, smoking a cone of the same strain, white choco. First half didn’t let you take big hits but was ultra smooth and fruitastic. Second half burnt a lot faster and when you took a nice big toke you knew about it. No Italians this time.

Coin
1g 100% sativa E16.50 – looked slightly bigger buds(if you'd call them that) than the Dr Grinspoon but didn’t have as good as effect. It was only an hour after smoking 7gs of WC. 6.5/10
Image
Purple Kush smelt and looked poor from the glimpse I had. Different rude bud tender who let me smell the box for 0.01 of a second and then said 'a gram of both then?'

RLD
Image

Greenplace
1.5g LA Cheese – repeat purchase

Watched Tottenham vs Blackpool on my own as my mate went to sleep.

Nice Cone shot! Was that a pre-rolled just fill it up style of cone or did you roll it? I thoroughly enjoyed the picture of the Amnesia G13. Last year I had gotten some from Hunters and they had it labeled as G13/Amnesia, I'm thinking it is probably the same just how the one shop decided to market it. It got me a nice level of bakedness!

Wow! Great Travelogue, loved the pictures and how big they are. They looked awesome when I read it off my PS3 connected to my HD tv. Looks like I'm going to have to add Bij/Boer to list of shops to visit.
