I like Barney's, although their prices are much to be desired (sarcasm).
I can't say I've found the exact gear at another shop for 5e-6e cheaper, however, I have found offerings that were between 2e-3e cheaper while equal in quality.

20e before this 4/20, nah. Besides, there are only two or three strains that are above 15e now, out of hundreds.
