if it had video screens
-it would be playing action movies/sequences or sports (with no volume)
the music selection would be strickly instrumentals (all genres)
would specialize in sativas and >70%sativa/30%indicas (high energy blends)
drink selection would feature
-protein/meal replacement shakes
-herbal teas
-nootropics/energy drinks


and after writing this
i'd probably call it

waaaaaaaaay ahead of ya..done done and done....redcats coffeehouse ...yer amsterdam experience...32 diff strains..incl.vanilla kush,mk ultra,sogouda,cheisel,blender hash,spoon drippin from the nail, 3 vapes, 15 bongs ,and dome hash hockey, foosball, and bowling for bonghits nightly...,we got the toastie machine ready,coffee,and reeses cups and chips to kill yer munchies..also were getting pound you in the face cake weekly and holy shit its nice ...and the milk shake machine never stops runnin

In all honestly i do not posses enough knowledge to talk about the bud/budtender side of a coffeeshop, i would have to leave that to someone more experienced in the ways of the force.

what I can say is that my vision of a perfect coffeeshop came to me in a dream, no joke, that i had about half a year ago. basically I would combine my love of food with my love of getting high, I would serve good but not too expensive food, mainly italian things like baked pasta's, breads and pastry's/cakes. I would also experiment with using cannabutter and cannabis oil in cooking with savory dishes not just the usual cakes.

It would be decorated like a normal cafe/diner style, with a couple of bigger booths complete with some nice Verdampers, maybe some trippy art on the walls (i love images of space and galaxies,) and of course some TV's playing good documentary's. Music would be a variety of classic rock, roots reggae and Dub, and possibly a nice chill band every now and again.
