I am interestend in a custom sasha hess or a HMK (hash masta kush) to smoke concentrates, but I'm concerned about the custom fees. The piece itself is expensive enough.

I know Kermit orderd an O'kief tube, they come from the States, so he would be yer best bet for finding out about import taxes.
