Mmmmm nice but I recommend you use the other end connector (from bag) put both on then you can connect the 18mm joint to your 18mm female joint (if you have one)

not a bad idea that only have 14mm atm though & she wants a Solo next
Next is to use the longer whip , pass that into the ashcatcher & go from there
