First sorry for the lack of information in my last message i was on my phone.
You can use bags with the arizer, but when you're alone you can smoke straight from a plastic whip you put instead of the bag.
You can chose the temp 5°C by 5°C from 50° to something like 350°C.
It has a remote controle, an I think it's 2/3 the price of a volcano, for doing the same job.
