w&b = smoking bud immediately after waking up... (normally over breakfast)
t&t = meeting up with others you don't necessarily know and conversing whilst smoking bud...

you get that it's 'bake' as in "i'm baked" i.e. wasted...

I just thought of a new one.. "Going Galway".. Galway is a county in Ireland, it's name means "stony" Help me out M8s Anyone think it makes sense?

The difference is W&B is Wake and Bake while T&T is Toke N Talk
