(solved) Help name CS?. &few '09 pics

The windows for Highway I've noticed via searching are big long wide windows. The op's pic seems to show them small square windows. Highway is number what, Lange Niezel 27. So the place over the road would be either number 24,26 or 28 but if it's right opposite then it would probably be number 26?.

I think you guys have cracked it. I'm pretty certain it is that Highway from those sets of pics. The pic from the front of the shop shows the brass handrails just like in mine, and yep the floor and walls are the same too.

As for the windows, it looks to me like in my picture we are seeing the windows of some kind of partition that isn't the front of the cafe.

Another pic that's the same as the op's pic:



The wall, lights, pics and tables along the left side all match 100% as you can see, even if this is only a small pic. Also the same is the floor tile design and where I (and the op?) remember the bar being. Here is a couple of more pics:



And they are both tagged to High Way coffeeshop and dated december 2008.

The place opposite is probably called ???? ??ck, possably Come Back?. It does seem to be a bar in any case.

Just dug a little and the place opposite is Lange Niezel 22-G ans is in fact a reastaraunt called "Restaurant Come Back". Anyone got any other places they need an id for?

My bad I'm thinking of a CS that's on the wee straat that leads you to the old church from Warmoestraat wi the tattoos/piercings on the corner ! I had a closer look at the map I honestly don't think I have noticed it in all my trips , but I suppose if you ain't looking !?

those tables, square stools seemed familiar to me

i just went through my birthday pics from 2 years ago, and believe it to be highway, large backroom, my pic has the same tables, ashtrays, square footstolls,

i would add the pic on here for you to compare but theres faces in it and i havent a clue how to put a pic on here, or blob out faces, sorry..

i like this bar too, sure its a bar and not a coffeeshop, they let you smoke out the back where the long tables are, and sure if i remember correctly ( which i probably dont ) theres wooden church like pews at the very front before you actually enter a bit like the entrance bit to NES, ???

as i say i could very well be wrong !!
