hello!
Australian living in London (how unusual) and a fmr stoner. have been in sunny London since July last year and hoping to do as much travel as possible, but unfortunately have been heavily weighed down by work and so have rarely gotten out of this godforsaken city, apart from a few smaller trips.
so yeh.. whats this about 'fmr stoner'. well I used to absolutely love the stuff. would happily go weeks without booze but was a wake and bake sort of guy. highly functional. held down full time jobs and would love nothing more than coming home after work to to smoke up and record some narco-pop (http://www.myspace.com/scniko - shameless plug). but then I guess I started to realise that it didn't work like it used to, that the stuff I was buying was too narcotic and that I missed the days when it felt really good.
but.. heading to amsterdam on the 22nd to 24th april and looking for some advice on how to take it easy. after a few recent bad experiences, i'm just not that interested in the really narc-y indoor stuff so would def prefer outdoor, at least to start and get the tolerances back into balance. also, on my own so if anyone is around and looking to hang for a few hours over a chat and coffee and smoke then looking forward to hearing from you! will prob go on the sandeman free tour on sat 25th if anyone else new to the city wants to hang about in the morning (these tours have been good in my experience)
anyway.. sorry that was long! cheers to Lemming for this great service!

Welcome to ACD. Yo-Yo in de Pijp has a great selection of outdoor strains. You're just missing the
festivities on 4/20. But no doubt there will still be some members in town.
Peace,
Balou

How will you do a tour on the 25th if you leave on the 24th?niko123456 wrote:hello!

Oh well.
You have been posted on the April Whos In Town page.
You can see who else may be in town during your stay.
Watch for Toke & Talks, I post them up to the last minute.
Or post one of your own. All I need is a date, time, and coffeeshop to post it.
By default I link your posting to your profile page here on ACD.
https://www.coffeeshopdirect.com/forum/membe ... le&u=59901
I can change it to a web link ( myspace, facebook, personal page )
or an email address if you want.
You can do a little practice shopping on the Coffeeshop Menus page.
Any with arrows are less than six months old.
Enjoy

I suggest that if you have gone without for some time, ANY sample you come across should be treated with respect. Many of my more casual usage friends report experiencing extreme light headedness bordering on fainting if they 'dive in' too fast. Many suggest to take 1-2 hits and WAIT. Also, have a nice sugary drink such as an Orangina near by in case you need to bring your blood sugur up quickly. A good bartender will inquire about your smoking habits and make appropriate suggestions but not all BT's are good (or too busy for the personal attention). Go slow, get your tolerence back up and you will be fine.niko123456 wrote:hello!

Unfortunately, my trip does not coincide with your, but I wish you a very nice trip.

Well, joined in '05, totally forgot login stuff, after a looooooooooong break...So...And, I was supporting the "idea" of an hello, which, by extension, could itself be deemed an hello, if viewed with the sentiment in which it was posted...HOWEVER, for you softer-souls: "hello..."
