The Krasnapolsky Hotel is wheelchair friendly, ramps everywhere that there are a few stairs and lifts/elevators all over the place.

Bulldog Hotel has no ground floor accomodation but does have a lift and easy access in and out of the bar area. They do have a few appartments to.
