Where is Barrou? Lemming?

Post by tutorjb1 »

:?: Hello. The first time I was here, I was completely confused, but saw a post by someone like Barrou(?) saying he was going to live in Amsterdam in 10 months. He later emailed me and I wish he would again or you would please email me, Lemming. I'm still having a very hard time and can deal with emails much easir than these message boards. I'd like to find out how to find Barrou once I get to Amsterdam and whay budget hotels are near E1 on the coffeeshop Map.
Thank you very much,
tutorjb1, owner of http://groups.yahoo.com/group/bookdoctorsandeditors.
Also, what ae the accommodations for disabled people like in Amsterdam? I don't neeed a wheelchair, but can barely walk due to a severe, stroke-like injury that almost killed me.Do you have any tips or suggestions that might keep me from falling while I can enjoy the specialties offered in Amsterdam?
Thanks
I need help getting started I can't manage steep stairs, especially without a hand rail like I think the Greenhouse Effect has. And I can't see the button to post this message

I guess you mean me, Balou. Moving in late November and the best way to contact me is through this board. I don't remember sending you an email, but anything can happen if I was wasted. It looks like you're looking for a hotel near Haarlemmerstraat. There is the Quentin Arrive, that is cheap and has a lift. It's nothing fancy, but is probably the only hotel in the area with a lift.

Peace,
Balou

THANK YOU! I think Balou told me a while back that the Quentin Arrive was inexpensive and had a lift. Thank you very much, whomever you may be. Can you confirm that? Please be sure to tell me your name or ID in your next message. I don't know where else to look and want to keep track of kind people who offer help, even if it's too expensive for me to take advantage of.
Is Balou Living in the Dam yet like he said he intended to do long ago when I first got here?
Yours,
tutorjb1 at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/bookdoctorsandeditors and http://groups.yahoo.com/group/tutorjb.
Please feel free to join either or both of my groups. They're open and you may join, leave and rejoin as often as you please. I've been putting interesting information and Web sites(particularly in the Messages since they are searchable) for decades. I had been putting everything in my Bookdoctors group, but have begun only putting writing-related information there and putting all else, including things about the Dam in my tutorjb group, but there is still a great variety in Bookdoctors.
Thanks again,
