The Hestia Cup, Toke & Vote's 18th to 21st April 2011

I'll start this thread off and explain the details as best I know them and then let Hestia correct me and fill in the rest.

Voting forms will be available to everyone who wants to take part so it's like the Cannabis Cup except with free judge's passes. 10 shops were nominated by members earlier:

420 Cafe/de Kuil
Amnesia
Basjoe
Dampkring
Green Place
Grey Area
Homegrown Fantasy
Katsu
Paradox
Voyagers

Intrepid 4-20'ers are to attempt to visit all 10 shops during their visit and rate them as instructed on the voting form. Hestia and DC will count the votes and announce the winner in the Nes on the evening of the 20th. Then, in the evening of the 21st we'll all pile into the winning shop to celebrate.

There are three Toke & Vote crawls set up for the 18th, 19th and 20th. Those not arriving in time to start on the 18th might like to set up express crawls to catch up. These are on the Itinerary at the moment:

Monday 18th: 1pm Paradox, 3pm Amnesia, 5pm Grey Area, 7pm Homegrown Fantasy
Tuesday 19th: 10am Voyagers, 12.30pm Katsu, 5pm 420 Cafe/de Kuil, 8pm Basjoe
Wednesday 20th: 12.30pm Green Place, 2pm Dampkring

If those on the Pijp Express miss 420/de Kuil on the 19th then you could rate that on the 20th.

Interesting to see that the top 10 in the poll almost exactly match the nominations for the Hestia. At least we're consistent!

If you got the time, yes. If not get your voting ballot from DC at t'Nes or from Hestia. Or write down your comments about the C.S. you visited from excellent to poor about the weed/hash, decor, budtender, service. Visit all 10 between the 18th and the 20th, give your ballot back to Hestia or DC to add up, and the winner will announced at t'Nes later that evening on the 20th. Easy enough right?
