The Nes is our spiritual home. It's been central to every 4-20 Gathering since our first in 2006. It's no longer a coffeeshop but has a Volcano, a Verdamper, beer and free Internet. Best of all, it has DC and his crew. Over the 4-20 period there are usually a few members in there every evening. J and I end most evenings there.

I always suggest that new arrivals who get stoned and miss their meets to head for the Nes. Just go up to the bar and find "DC" Dave or ask one of his staff to point out the forum folks. It's the easiest way to catch up with your fellow 4-20'ers in a stoney haze.

If the Book is still there then it must be getting quite full by now.

In addition to the general Nes Nights, there are some specific T & Ts scheduled there. The first is the 4-20 Opening Party on the 16th. Then there is the catch-up session on the 18th. On the 19th we'll be in Basjoe but it's always possible that that session will migrate to the Nes eventually. The 20th is the big one. After celebrating 4.20pm in de Kuil we will all make our way over to the Nes for a massive vapo party. Hestia will be announcing the winner of the Cup there too.

I don't go to the NES nearly often enough, but whenever I do, DC and his staff are super friendly. We are lucky to have this place.

Ok Badbone if you read this, I must ask what is so strange about your strange friend he has been mentioned as wierd and strange quite a bit and sounds like stiff competition for me

He's more into beer and hookers than smokin. +1?......not so strange friend?

really looking forward to t'Nes for 4/20! DC I will be ordering endless large chocomels my friend! and all my smokes will be passed directly in your direction!

Im in Nes nearly everynight of every trip, i've said this many times before, it feels like my "local" and everyone i've met in there have been pleasent . Especially the staff...

D C, is H Still about?, broke my phone again so havent informed him of my trip for 4-20 ...

Fook me...I knew about the book, but was too distracted to remember to ask to sign it. Next time, ja ja ja.

One night, I sat there and watched the Stille Omgang silent procession file by Nes. By their looks, it seemed like some of the marchers wanted to stop in for a cold one, haha.

Don't forget to mention the option of ordering or bringing food in.

Nice write up about the t'Nes Lemming . If you've never been, then you must stop in and give it a try. There were more Vapo bags floating around a couple of years ago then I could count.....empty one, a full one returns, empty that one and someone hands you another full bag. This went on at least a dozen times straight....easy.
Good times, that's for sure. I'll remind the wife about the book, she won't forget like her stoner husband.

in small quantities, he is big, noisy and damn funny .... and totally harmless, so long as one is not a "Neon Girl" from RLD
