Well it looks like the Rangers are going to have to keep the Champagne on ice for 1 more day. Game 6 has been postponed :(

LOL, those Cardinals are definetly deserving World Series Champs!

On a side note Cantona you would really want Sizemore? Dont get me wrong, i know he has talent, but how many knee surgeries has he had the last few years?

I know you said your not really a fan of his in an earlier post but Prince Fielder 8 years 180 million to play 1st base in Seattle?...........

Congrats to the Cards I suppose. Still proud of my Rangers, the boys have went the distance back to back. If Young wasn't a good idiot maybe things would look a little different. There is always next year :!:

Peace

You should be proud of them. They played awesome. Both teams made major errors and I think both teams were pretty even. I think they would of won if they didnt do that last walk to us in game 6. COngrats to your guys for playing wonderful ball.

yea if the price is right i'd defo like to take a chance on sizemore. only if the price is right though. riddle the contract with incentives.

as far as prince fielder. safeco field was built for left handed power. something we havent really had since griffey left the first time in 2000. i think fielder would thrive at safeco i really do. as far as first base. he has said he would be willing to dh if he went to the al. so have him dh and smoak play 1st. im not sure he will get 180 mill. im thinking 165 mill over 6 years tops. if the mariners could use the jack z connection(he drafted fielder) and maybe get him for 150 or so i'd be happy.jose reyes would be a good addition too. put him in at leadoff and put ichiro somewhere else. trading or signing a #2 starter and puting pineada at #3 and having hultzen @ 4 when he comes up looks good too. ortiz could be a good cheaper edition, i dont see him leaving boston though. will be interesting to see if mlb moves the houston astros to the al west next year like iv been hearing.

anyone think bryce harper will make his washington nationals debut next year? iv heard hes got an ego problem.

Okay Cantona you seem to have given the Seattle Mariners potential moves this summer alot of thought, which i like to hear to be honest.

I had not heard that Prince would be willing to play DH sporadically if he went to an AL club. He would be awesome there man and i can only imagine the hype that would bring to that ballclub. 6 years would be pretty shrewd considering his age and body physique. Jose Reyes is a stud....when hes healthy....which is pretty rare. Not sure but i dont even know when the last time he played 150 games in a season.
Jesus i had forgotten that the Mariners had Doug Fister! I remember watching him when they played in Toronto sometime in July i think and his ERA and WHIP were solid but no run support, shitty record. Did they get alot in return for him? With that ballpark you would think that developing there own guys (pitchers) wouldnt be to hard and would eliminate the need to acquire a SP. Cliff Lee didnt even make that much of a difference.

Anyways in regards to Bryce Harper if he starts in AAA next year GUARANTEED hes up with the Nats sometime in June. Barring injury of course. Hes a monster man and dont read to much into that YOUTUBE video when he blows the kiss if thats what your referring to about his attitude. That pitcher had it coming.
