Hi I am off to the pink pop festival in June and staying in Maastricht. Wanted to know if I would be better off picking up some smoke in the dam or wait until I get to Maastricht.
Thanks

Amsterdam is better for choice compaired to there smaller brothers but the haarlems & maastrichts are cheaper or be it smaller menus,Go to the froghollow menu page & you will see
,But to answer you i would say get the bulk of your gear in amsterdam! it is the best place all round for choice & smoke like,& just buy a little when you get to maastricht (someone here can maybe suggest a place?) that way you cant go wrong

I'd wait until Maastrict, nice cannabis scene at a better price.

Re: Amsterdam or Maastricht
I agree mostly with Kingdoc here. Lovely and picturesque town in my humble opinion but expect to pay 2-3€ extra per strain due to being a border town mostly frequented by german and beligian people.
Haven't been for years I remember coffeeshop Black Widow asked 15€ for a gram cheese in 2008 though, ridiculous
P.S. You can still buy there without being a member or such nonsense.

I can always get something decent at Kosbar and the atmosphere is awesome at Heaven 69. Good places, less crowded than Amsterdam.
Re: Amsterdam or Maastricht
I used to be a frequent visitor to Maastricht (Maxcy's is one of my favorites), but prices (and at times quality) had/has become somewhat ridiculous. I've chosen to travel the extra distance to Amsterdam for equal or better prices and better all-around quality. Other options that are not so far away are Roermond ( a couple of shops), and slightly further Eindhoven, which in my opinion has more to offer at somewhat better prices.
For convenience, look around Maastricht and see what you like. If nothing suits your needs, hop on a train and in no time you can be in Eindhoven, or Amsterdam.
Happy toking...
