Wake and Bake Hours?

Hello once again, ACD'ers, let me say thank you to all, the information here is awesome and the replies to my questions have been a great help in planing my own trail blaze. (I have already lost myself looking at my route to the hotel from Central Station in google's street view

)
T-minus 4 days
I get the sense that most shops open around 10:00 or later.
Are there any shops that keep early hours, like 7:00?

I accuse my parent's of the early morning-bird gene I seem to have inherited.

well, ss67's fantasically laid out reply pretty much answers this..
but yeah, there is a pleasingly large amount of shops open for early arrivals/wake n bakers. (7am is earliest i believe due to licences)
after a few trips people tend ot go off barneys (prices mainly), but i think its on of those things everyone must say theyve done in their lives... watched sunset at cafe del mar ibiza, had a steak in argentina, watched a ping pong ball fly out of a thai girl in bagkok, danced to reggae at notting hill carnival... and.... had a joint of over breakfast at barneys in amsterdam.

SS69 - WOW! Nice!!
Thom - when I get in that early I go to Central listed above. DIRECTLY across from Central Station, and always offering premium bud, it is my first stop. Very convenient.

Apart from my first trip to Dam all those years ago, getting into my first at 7:30 in the morning and with all the determination and will in the world, like fuck have I ever managed to get up & out to get into the first coffeeshop of the day before 9:30 in the morning
