Bringing a Bong home?
Bringing a Bong home?
On my trip to the Dam, i had hoped to buy some Hardware and bringing it home with me. I live in the United States. All of the pieces will unused and in my carry on bag if I decide to do this. My question is, first, Can I do this/is it illegal? Should I say they are for "Tobacco Use"? Would I be better off mailing them? Should I just forget about it and save my euros for Chronic? Also by Hardware I mean unused bong and pipe. I don't want to get in any trouble so anyone with knowledge of this please let me know. Thanks
I got high and nobody died. TRUTH.
Re: Bringing a Bong home?
You should be okay. I've have brought back a clean pipe a few times. Bongs are not cheaper in Amsterdam, in fact they are probably more expensive because of the exchange rate. I did have a friend ship a cleaned bong back, he said it was vase. It arrived about two weeks after he got home, YMMV.

I would not do it. If they see it, your bags will be ripped apart I bet. Plus, it could get your name on a list. Not worth it.

and avoid bigger couriers like ups/fedex. customs checks those more than just reg mail. shipped my bong fedex in 08, customs opened it and smashed it and sent it on its way.
educating myself and waiting for the next trip.

Re: Bringing a Bong home?
Last night I came home to Ireland from Amsterdam. When we arrived in the baggage hall in Dublin the baggage was already on the belt. Except mine and some girl who had a huge hash plant hat on. After about 15 minutes our luggage came out with two stickers with bar codes on them. I found it strange but didn't think anything of it. As I walked out of the baggage hall I was stopped a lady from customs who politely asked me to put my bag on a table because a sniffer dog picked it out. So she took everything out of my bag (which I had arranged with tetris style precision) And found an empty grinder which I had been given in the Greenhouse. Because it was used it gave off a smell and that's what the dog picked up. So she took our grinder and told us we are lucky that we aren't been given a criminal record. She was OK with spent bullet casings but not an empty grinder. So if you don't want trouble at customs, I'd say don't bring anything used home.

I'd check with your flight company as most do not allow glass on board flights anymore, i was bringing back a sheesha pipe from egypt that i was given as a gift and luckily the guy at the desk told me to put it in the hold luggage or the next security check people would take it off me as it was not allowed in hand luggage.

Re: Bringing a Bong home?
As my parents are anal about me using my debit untill I go to uni in sep they wont let me have it untill then
but I am going to the Dam later this year (august) and hope to bring back a 30-50cm bong as the larger ones look awesome and flow good too. I am coming back by coach and leaving my (cheap) pipe and grinder there. I wont use the bong at all! Anyone been back on the coach and had any trouble at ports e.c.t?
Re: Bringing a Bong home?
I brung back 2 grinders 3 packs of papers a small glass pipe and tons of tips in my checked luggage with no problem...
Re: Bringing a Bong home?
I brought an unused grinder back with no hassle, although it did get scratched in the case

Re: Bringing a Bong home?
Of course you can, and you don't need to be a "medical mj" user. USBL is screwing around. I have personally bought glass in FL, NY, NJ, and PA.TwoCanucks wrote:Fuck me that's ridiculous... are medical mj users able to buy bongs or other paraphenalia?USBONGLORD wrote:no..you canthehehehe
