Of course you can, and you don't need to be a "medical mj" user. USBL is screwing around. I have personally bought glass in FL, NY, NJ, and PA.

technicly you can not purchase bongs in the us, they are called tobacco water pipes in the us for legal reasons but they all know what they are used for

I actually took my favorite grinder out there with me and also brought it back in my checked in luggage without any hitches. In the same bag also brought back 2 pipes another grinder (used) and loads of roach books and skins. Was I lucky, or do they not give a hoot at Liverpool.
