A 45-50g pouch of Drum costs the same as a pack of cigarettes, around 5-6€.

Can you get fags in Albert Heijn and supermarkets in Amsterdam?

I'm paranoid about buying fakes in little shops, there are loads going round nowadays.

I have certainly bought tobacco in the Albert Heijn behind the palace.

As far as I know recently the pack size for rolling tobacco has just been reduced again to 40g(Standard blue Drum for 5.50 euros)
The price has been the same since about 2007/8 but they have kept removing 2.5g per pack each time the tax has increased so the price stays the same

In UK 20 fags = about £7 (that's $11+!)
So to us in the UK E5 is actually a big saving...

i always bring what i can from the dam, only got hand luggage this time so wont be a lot.

we smoke drum and have never brought a pack in the uk as too bloody expensive,

should really go to the canaries to get it but not half as much fun....

this is why i HAVE to go to dam, to get my baccy....lol

thats my reason and i am sticking to it !!!

 p.s those who do want it in bulk dont leave it till the last minute as they dont hold massive stocks, i know i had to visit the same baccy shop 3 times last trip and he got it in for me from other shops.

hestia if you bring it over, i would pay you the same rate as dam so you will make some spending money !!!
just chilling .....
