hiya thurr!

i'm a newbie at these forums, and just recently started reading up on the massive knowledge on this board.
i'm going to hit amsterdam soon and have been in holland a good handful times. tho i have only have the pleasure of experiencing one single trip to amsterdam.

i'm pretty sure i've done some relatively proper indept research about what strains to try out, and would love to hear you guys view on it.

if anybody who can give me some proper information about the availability and or lack of these strains, or any other goodie-tips, it's much appreciated.

the strains i've decided to try out are (in no particular order):
terminator/grandaddy/waterworks - any info whether basjoe has this? - i'm kinda learning in on the terminator, but if anybody (bonglord? ) could shed some proper light on which one to pick, i'd be forever grateful.
og kush (#18?) - or any other "cali-gene"-type of kush, any recommendations where to get a proper specimen of this strain?
lemon haze - have read about the greenhouse being inferior to some of the specimens, so any proper shop who has some nice citrusy-flavored hazes would be nice.
riffman hashes or likes - heard a bird or two tweet about Malika and Habibi. any other riffman hashes you guys can recommend?

if anybody of you guys have any other recommendation as to what to try, it's much appreciated!!

Butter -> Voyager's Coffeeshop
Jupiter OG Kush Iso -> Eerste Hulp Coffeeshop

OG Kush -> Katsu & Voyager's Coffeeshop
Amnesia Haze-> Eerste Hulp
Lemon Haze -> Eerste Hulp
Cheese -> Hugo de Groot (On the sativa side, kudos to Marco for discovering it!) Chapiteau (On the indica side, cheaper)

These are some current strains/batches, although the butter from Voyager's isn't always to be found...

i would add OG 18 from katsu & S5 Haze from mellow yellow from last trip
with a special mention to Yoyo Haze Amnesia & Skuff.

Perfect definition of that Hugo cheese, smells amazing doesn't it?

Yes it does! It is a more delicate smell than the Chapiteau which is outright stinky cheddar-style. I like them both equally for different occations.

BBC! Bushdoctor( most of the ice menu is too look at)
Water works Damkrings I&II <higher the price better high!
Sogouda ISO Katsu (didnt try but at 10euro for .4 = 25euro)
BBHaze ice NOON 50E (BB ice at 27 aint bad either)
Riffman Hashes at Dampkrings all Nice hashes but..Habibi WOw for the price!

thing is, that menu is over an year old it must have been changed since then, right?

thanks! i'll take this in consideration, any info on whether voyager or katsu has the og kush?

point conceded...

Even if it isn't on the menu it wouldn't hurt to ask regarding the Terminator.

Katsu had OG Kush on the menu like a week ago, (blew my head off) didn't go there since but it will probably still be there. Don't know about OG #18 specifically though wasn't on the menu.

I don't think it's ever been on the menu. Sometimes Basjoes has gear in stock that isn't on the menu, that's why I ask what's in stock every time I visit. Now you know the secret.
James updates the menu every so often, maybe once every few months. On the newer menu there are two strains (OG Kush being one) that are listed @ e15/gm. Unless the price has changed, the Terminator is e50/gm. Not the highest prices in Amsterdam, but they are real close.

It used to be but I think the whole legality of it made them drop it from the menu, like I (and you) said - ask.
