Jamaican Weed in the Dam

Post by dirtyotter »

Does anyone know where i can get some quality Jamaican weed in Amsterdam? was over in November and had some African weed from Sanementeren that was pretty poor but was nice to put a three paper smoke together and not loose my head, before that I picked up a couple of grams from Dolphins that was pretty good , nice and dark quite a few seeds but i didn't mind as the buzz was spot-on.
Not really looking for the strongest weed in the world more something that will take me back to the days before skunk.

Browse around some of the menus.

Online Coffeeshop Menus

What dates will you be in Amsterdam?
I'll post you on the Whos In Town page.

The best I've found is Jamaican High Grade from Anyday. Until I tried that one, I used to turn my nose up at brown, dry buds. But this is an absolute killer, gorgeous sweet fruity/flowery smell and taste, very uplifting 'wake up' high. When you break those brown buds open, they usually have a deep green and sticky interior. Damn, I might go get some today, I'm reminding myself of how good it is :)

I've tried the one from Dolphins. It was ok, but tasted a little dusty to me, and the effects were weak. Try the High Grade, you'll love it.

Bleak,... Have seen quite a few people recommending the Anyday Highgrade, you couldn't tell us a rough price could you?..... The menu on FBN's site is pretty old.

I have been to Jamaica and go to The Dam at least 3 times a year and NONE of the Jamaican weed comes close to what i was smokin over there, i think you would need a very good contact to get it. You can tell by the price that it is not class a quality.

Don't remember the exact price, but its pretty reasonable, somewhere around 6 or 7 euros a gram (Anyday also do 15% off 5 grams). I know thats more expensive than most Jamaican weed in Ams, but the High Grade is in a completely different category... its actually got some green stickiness inside, and a sweet smell, whereas most Jamacian stuff here is dry, brown, and smells like dust.

Its such a gorgeous day for smoking a sweet Jamaican outdoor. I've talked myself into it, will be going to Anyday this afternoon... :)

Nice one pal. 6 - 7 sound v-reasonable considering the great reviews, it is at the top of my list now. I haven't been able to get hold of any Jamaican for quite a few years here. Cant wait,..... Only 105 days left!!!!!!

I tried the Jamaican High-Grade from Anyday, last June. I wasn't to impressed! In fact most of the land-race strains that I've tried in the Dam have been disappointing! Coffee Shop Johnny did have some pretty decent Jamaican, not great but at least it got me high!

i have smoked the jamaican at basjoe and found it to be genuine old school ... it certainly is worth a try when you are finally sampling what amsterdam has to offer
