that's a very good warning, i remember giving to a mate, his first e in dam, a 180mg pill, but he didnt believe it and thought was like uk pills, taking one or two at once... i still managed to persuade him to take half first, and was rolling hard, he said thanks later! i personally only take halfs, there's no need for more, in case of doubt take half of what you normally take (of anything).
about fake mdma, most of the pills in NL are real mdma because you can test yourself by sending to a testcenter , there's also pillreports.com with test results, effects description, and photos.
