smoke-friendly decently priced hotel near Vondelpark?

Anyone able to recommend a decent smoking hotel near Vondelpark? I can find smoking hotels, and hotels near the park, but not one to fit both!

The rooms are clean , and of a decent size (we had a balcony last time too) you get a TV . I'm booked up for another trip already

I have about 100 euros a night to spend, and I'm now looking at apartments too!
