Party like its 1800

Hey guys, I remember walking past Centraal Station and seeing a really cool piece of art on one of the walls that said party likes its 1800 and had a funny play by play of Van Gogh getting drunk in 1800's etc. I fucking forgot to snap a picture which I told myself I would and I was wondering if anyone who is in town or is local could snap a pic and put it up here for me if they get a chance. (bleak?)
