well what a fantastic trip me and my cousin had, i think it will be my most memorable one from now on, you ACD'ers ROCK....
i will keep it very breif as i know everyone has put all the gorey details in their trip reports,
we arrived 11ish tuesday 19th, and headed straight for voyagers, ( yes we got lost lol, we went down the wrong way and walked all the way round again) but then there it was.... VOYAGERS wicked
lisa grabs us a table outside and i went in to order, there was a small group of (dodgy looking geezers, lmao) to the left so i asked if they were from acd, and thankfully they all said yes and hi, we intoduced ourselves, there was cisco, trad, liquid swords, kermit, twitch r.e.i, maybe philly rich? i asked what they would recommend and cisco shouted the NL18, so i grabbed a bag, few drinks and went outside to roll, (bad mistake) it was lovely and warm but the wind come and swipes your j out on that corner position !!! i managed after the 2nd attempt, lisa picks up her cup of coffee and then spills it all over my one leg !!!! (great, one pair of jeans down !!!!),
i then recognised tutti and ohm, they came and sat with us and i must say sorry once more to you tutti, (remember your coughing fit cos i had backy in my j ?) then it was time to get our bags to our hotel, we found it just a quick hop skip and a jump from voyagers so was definately our new local,
we loved this place, the staff are super friendly, mr & mrs HighlyBlessed thank you for your hospitality, Mrs hb it was like leaving a friend by the time we left, and cant wait to meet up again !
checked in (i gave him 100 euros by mistake and he very honestly gave it me back), so a massive big up to the vijaya hotel for their honesty ! checked in our room and it can be pot luck, but we got a really nice room, thankfully.
i really cannot remember what we did then, but we ended back up at voyagers, i was talking to mrs hb and she said i think that group are from acd, so i went over to a table full of strangers confidently saying hiya, who are you lot then ??? !!!!!! i got a few grunts off a few so i said i'm chillers nice to meet you all, nothing ! so i said you are from the acd forum arnt you?, they said NOOOOOO, never heard of it, so feeling rather silly
i quietly slope off giving mrs hb they eye, lol, (should of realised they wernt dodgy looking enough) 
we didnt make it to the evening t&t as we had an early night (serious we were in bed for 7.30 lol ) !!
i cant really remember much after this 1st day, i do remember the boat trip with philly rich, lisa and al though.....we lost the others who were in the other 2 boats,
i will never ever forget this boat trip for a number of reasons.....
firstly, a boat trip in dam !
secondly, passing police boats waving with a pure j in my mouth,
thirdly, breaking down a few times and blocking the canal so others couldnt pass,
fourth, being desperate for the toilet !!...
and fifth when i got off the boat alone i had to cross a stupidly busy junction i didnt know, out my head, alone, to the texaco garage, where the stupid woman was cleaning the toilet and would NOT let me use it for at least fifteen minutes till she had finished !!!!!!! can you believe it, i begged, pleaded, prayed, offered money, drugs !, cried, but NO she was not letting me use that toilet, if i hadnt been out of it and about to piss myself i would have been done for gbh, guaranteed.
so i ran out of there and was forced to barge my way into the posh cafe where we had moored up, i didnt want to use those toilets as the people looked posh, and straight and had witnessed me clambering out of a little boat arse first but i had no choice, managed that without being interogated, then clambered back into the boat.....that was one mad piss-stop !!!
hours and hours we were out in that boat, al took us everywhere, felt like we had reached bloody germany by canal lol, but i could have stayed on there for days, honestly it was soooo chilled, al was the perfect skipper and even let philly have a go at driving, and what a great job you did especially going through that tight bridge, how did you bounce us off that wall ????? lol
sixth, to top it off for the memory.....
now al had a dog, you may have read about boris the dog in other trip reports, he was a lovely dog, a very hyperactive dog, the dog didnt sit still for ONE second in all the hours were were out, he just kept balancing on the edge of the boat walking round and round and round and round and round, which i could just cope with, i got used to it, but i only wish the dog had come with me to the toilet with me as he then PISSED ALL UP MY LEG !! i did like the dog....NOT NO MORE !!!, but i was cool about it,
i didnt want any fuss made as i am not one for being the centre of attention especially when i have been pissed all over ! so i didnt say a word, i didnt want anyone to know, or make al or boris feel bad, but that soon got out later that evening when lisa told lemming and a few others who had a bloody good laugh at my expense ! thanks pals ! cant think off hand when the t&t's were but we got to coffeeshop 420 at the right time, then an hour later the others came, i think we sat with tutti and ohm,
i met in there....
mk101, islandgirl, blueberry, hestia, trad, dave j, ft carer, rasa, cattales, & hubby, liquid swords, and a few others sorry i cannot remember, this shop was ok, bit dark but the music and staff were cool and the back table was excellent for large groups,
went to nes for the vapo party, breifly met soulrider, az laker, uncle ron, colina, dave, and a few others, dave had made fantastic 420 cakes which we both enjoyed tremendously.....thanks dave for hosting a great night, we tried the vapo bags and yes they are all they are cracked up to be, so mellow, could get used to those, must have a shop about.....any tips? i dont remember getting back to the hotel that night so must have been an uneventful walk back.
oh yes !!! i remember the bloody webcam wave HUH !! was a palava that was, we raced like madmen (women) to get there after getting very very lost (again) to get there on time, i think off the top of my head we were all SUPPOSED to meet at 3:20 for the wave, we got there 5 minutes late and met blueberry and trad there, and we were the only 4 people who showed up!!!!
we couldnt understand it, so we gave a little wave to the webcam waited around for about half an hour in the melting sun, then decided to go upto 420 for 4:20, blueberry rode off on her bike, we were meant to be following trad and friend but lisa got a blister so we lost them, and guess what, WE GOT LOST !!!! so missed 4:20 at 420, but caught up with some others just after, there was a humungus joint being passed round as we got there by islandgirl so we sat and smoked with her and mk101, soooooooooooooo what happened to you lot????? we gather you all decided to go early and not let us know, and yes we saw your webcam wave, it would have been better if it had been the proper time...LOLwe went to basejoes just missed the cup being handed over as was busy getting lost (again) but caught up with ft carer, island girl, cisco, lemming, colina, liquid swords, blueberry and a few others and had a session there before going on the hunt for munchies,
i did keep a little note of the smokes we had but this went to pot as there was a lot of joint passing and i didnt have a clue what i was smoking half the time, some were very nice surprises, especially the pure ones which i never have at home, i remember one of ft carers or ciscos it was something special then with some sort of oil smeared all over it, think a few of you had a little nap then (colina and ft carer !! lol), sure i have a pic of the 2 of you *power napping* lmao
so all in all a fantastic trip and some fantastic people, a few who i want to say thanks to are... lemming for this great site and all you do, trad for being you !! a sweet gentleman who i could listen to for hours, mk101 for your interesting stories, ft carer for walking us back safely the one night, mr & mrs hb for your wicked hospitality, dave from nes for being dave from nes !! all the ladies for being such sweethearts..
sorry if i have missed anyone or anything major out but, i am a smoker .....LOL
so just to thank you my fellow ACD'ers for making my trip so memorable, especially you....... B O R I S !
