See if Picasso have their Bubblegum, real nice mellow stone but full on flavour, Stix used to do a Bubblegum 12 (I'd guess it was flowered for 12 weeks) that was real good as well.

Have you tried the Hindu Kush from Club Media, it's a landrace indica so it is strong but in a real nice way.

Boner: Thanks for the tips on finding Bubblegum. I haven't made it to Picasso or Stix yet, so this is a fine chance to break my old habits. And I've wanted to try Stix ...

Club Media's Hindu Kush. I've tried it. Unfortunately I had it at the end of a day after a long flight, and it sent me to bed. From what little I did experience, I can say it was a smooth stone. I need to give it another go.

I've collected a lot of interesting suggestions from this thread already -- thanks to everybody for their insight! If y'all have any other ideas, feel free to keep posting them.

I don't think I would define Hindu Kush as an "easy going" strain. I realize this term is very subjective, so I'm assuming quite a bit. The stone is super relaxing, and I find it a great way to end a night though. I would not put Sour Diesel in this category either. I think the PP X Blueberry and Bubblegum are excellent choices. Jack Herer is another favorite of mine that could fit the bill.

geoffk: Jack Herer is easy-going, eh? I'll give that classic a try on my July trek. And all that time I'd been worried it was a headbanger ...

Fuck, another vote for PPxBB. Guess I won't be able to avoid Voyager's this time around :)

Anyone else out there able to steer me towards some good Bubblegum? What about Any Day's Double Bubble?

Yeah I just stopped by to add that it's all subjective. I've found Jack to be pretty easy going. It's all relative though.

White Widow/jack Herrer/Orange Bud could be real creepers if well grown, but in the Dam most of them are "tourist weed", I mean ask anybody if he knows a few strains he will tell you Jack Herrer and White Widow, so the CS often don't really care about their quality because they sell it to beginners.
Don't apply this on Dampkring's JH (a real creeper)

Cisco: I'll always take a Bubblegum lead. Thanks.

geoffk: Now I *have* to try the Jack Herer :)

bigs: white choco ... Where from? I've never had Chocolope, for that matter; many have said it tastes great and stones little.

The easy-going indica is a difficult concept ... It's not weak. It's not a head-locker nor a head-kicker, either. We're looking for smooth force here.
