Haven't posted in a bit but as a former "part-time resident" of Amsterdam I'm ALREADY sick and tired of their bullshit whatEVER happens with the weit pass. Not for nothin', but seeing the US move closer to legalization while the Netherlands moves further away I say SUPPORT THE WEED SCENE IN THE US. I might just start a post about it too...

My wife and I were on the twice a year plan, dropping a good $10k yearly on the city. More and more of the country's bullshit (and not just towards weed but virtually everything else too!) has made me put it on the back burner for further trips. I'll smoke the amazing bud circulating around the greater Boston area and camp in the Berkshires to smoke it. I'm thinking about heading out to LA for a week - drive around the valley, smoke some kind buds and experience the Tarentino side of town! Check my other posts - my wife and I were ready to accept a transfer from my job but not now I'm afraid!

My problem with the US is the border 'security', it's
worse than getting into East Berlin - what with the naked body
scanners and foreplay searches. I had to travel out there from
2000-2008 and got sick and tired of it. Couldn't go there again.

Shame really as it is a great place to visit with some awesome
scenery.

However, if the US does legalise, it will take away most of the
pressure exerted on its 'allies' to keep it prohibited, it may even
happen here in the UK (wishful thinking).
Only the paranoid survive (who said that?) :?
