In ref. to your pic, it shows a single pod, which could be the pistol. If the pod starts to look like a raspberry, it's defo a male. Look at the following pic of a male plant and compare it to yours.
I would recommend that you continue to grow it/them until you are sure, like more pods start to develop (multiple pods in the same node) or hairs appear. When you are sure they are males, you can either remove them from the females and grow them to maturity (you can smoke male plants, just not much THC), or toss the lot into the bin.
I see what looks like 2 more males...and of course they are the two biggest plants. FUCK!!!
I will give them another day or two to be sure, but it looks like both have the start of balls growing...
Also forgot to mention that I have it set to the super lumens (660w) setting. It's been that way for a couple days now.
Killing that male the other day wasn't easy. I certainly did not enjoy it. I was very tempted to take it to the woods a couple blocks away from my home and plant it, but changed my mind for a couple reasons. First of all, if anyone saw me, I'd be fucked. Second, I know I'd be tempted to go back and check on it, and if anyone saw that I'd be fucked as well. Thirdly, I feared someone would find it, and then they would suspect a grow in the area....so I just pulled it out, examined the roots (I was curious how much root growth there would be after just a few weeks...less than I thought actually, I took pics if anyone wants to see) and then put it in a brown paper bag. I will let it dry out, then I will crumble it to dust.

I used to hate killing em too but ya got to........I once ran a grow years back and was working long hours so never kept a close eye on em and by the time I got around to checking them a male had opened and was chucking out its vile man pollen I had to scrum the whole G. room out and like I said I was pushed for spare time so I was pissed at myself for not checkin em fast enough. (if your g room is running well a male can produce and open a flower real fast )
Looks like I've got another female...and possibly another male as well...That makes 2 females, and 4 males so far...One of the males will probably get killed tonight as I'm pretty sure it's a boy...the other two I'm still not 100% sure.

Dry the leaves and sprinkle on a pizza, ala oregano.
Happy farming...
I agree with you, but I wanted to grow this strain and there were no feminized seeds available.
Killed the second one today, so there are 8 left in the tent. Two are definitely females, 2 are most likely male, and the other four haven't shown anything yet.
Watered them today, with 1Tbsp grow and 1 Tbsp bloom formula. Next time I water (in 2, maybe 3 days) will be with 1.5 bloom and .5 grow.

Understandable.
The strains I'm most interested in growing provide fems., lucky me I suppose. I dread the thought of having to use regular seeds on a strain I want to grow. I like the effort/work I put into growing, the results are worth it, but I do care about wasted time, six maybe seven weeks (from seed) before sexing occurs.
