Hello from Canada, eh!

Post by AdanacDave »

Hello!!!
My name is Dave & I have been checking this form & website for a good number of years & have finally stopped toke'n long enough to join! I have been to Amsterdam a half dozen times in the last 4 years & plan on returning this September and one of the things on my list of Things To Do is a tour of coffeeshops. I have visted many throughout Holland as I have toured Canadian battlefields, war cemeteries and war memorials, but never a dedicated study of coffeeshops.
-Did I mention that I LOVE HOLLAND!?!?!?!?
Thanks for such a great website & forum, its been a wunderful tool to me. Please keep up the great work.
Best regards to everyone, and this toke is for all of you!
Peace!
DAve.

Peace

Hello AdanacDave and welcome to the forum.
I have visited a couple of battle sites in and around Apeldoorn and the Canadian cemetery in Holten....my dad was a 48th Highlander and fought through that area.
Good luck and enjoy. 8)
If I don't see you no more in this world, I'll meet you on the next one.
