Wanted to ask you-can I by nitherlands laws smoke somewhere outside of coffeeshops, such as the nature of the city or anywhere else?
and how in that case, buy skunk, in which locations?

In general, you can smoke outside the shops. Just try to be discreet, especially in crowded places, outside the center or where kids are. Its not a problem, legally, but its good to not put it into the face of the locals. peace

take-away stuff can be bought at any cshop

for smoking away from coffeeshops i recommend vondelpark ... in the far end, the western end, there is an area where people picnic and play games of football or frisbee ... here you can smoke happily

the area for picnics and smoking is labelled Speelweide ... the area just on the other side of the water to the north of speelweide is good too

I was under the impression that smokeing weed in Amsterdam is only permitted in Coffee shops and not outdoors. Did i see this rule too strict? (Am usually smoking with a little pipe).

So one can just sit down at a bench in town (as long as it's not around children and ooooooverly "hey look at me") and smoke my weed? Always gone to coffee shops or in my hotel till now

As long as you're discreet you'll be fine.

Guys, I also read that you can have with no more than 5 grams of weed. Have someone cases of interaction with the police? How it was and whats about?

Probably the most public place I smoked was behind the Van Gogh museum while sitting on a bench I smoked a g13 haze/grey crystals joint before enjoying the museum.
This was in March so it was cold and not very crowded and I had no problems at all including when a Polite officer rode by on a bike....
I also smoke on benches by canals in different parts of the city at all hours of the day and had no issues.
I was very discreet and didn't smoke near any children or anything like that.
