konichiwa from japan

Post by sickrps13 »

hello all,
im from wellington, new zealand, living in japan
and before you say it yes another mad f&$@#n kiwi =)
im a big drifting fan and motor sport fan in general,
married, 32, and living in sunny hiroshima
anyway first trip planned for the dam in november
cant wait, mabey some of you will be in town and like to meet up, me and the wifey will be busy but im sure i could fit in a t&t sometime.

( if your not interested in weed in japan stop reading nowl)

i was reading some introductions from others living in japan and felt that your all being slightly misled about the weed scene here so i will try to clear it up a bit for you.

firstly if you are caught with weed you will be arrested (japanese or not) you will go straight to jail for at least 5 years no court!!! ( i know this as my father in law is a cop, internal affairs to be exact )
yes there have been cases when this has not happend but do you really wanna chance it???
there is weed here but mainly in big citys and really hard to find, it is really crap quality and expensive try 3000 to 8000 yen for a gram. you may be thinking thats not too bad but you havnt seen the buds lol

if you do find a dealer then chances are first time mabey weed next time it will probably be coke or some other shit (thats how they work here the risk means they need to make big coin to make it worth it )

you can buy bongs vapes pipes easily here in fact i have a really good photo of a bong/pipe i saw for you guys from a shop in hiroshima where i live. [img]
the case behind my wife is full of vapes and bongs etc

i hope that clears up a bit about japan just the basics!!
sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but i did see a few posts like i said so figured proper info is better then keeping quiet and mabey one of you guys getting ass reamed in a jap prison lol

if you have read all of this big ups and arigatou

peace and axle grease

Welcome to the forum dude. I managed to get some weed in Tokyo when I was there for the launch of the Nissan Gtr a few years ago. It was quite easy really!! Or lucky as I only asked one person and he happened to be a dealer!! He was a big black American dude with dreads so not too cliché hey! Your right though it was crap basic dry weed. Seeds and stalks had been taken out already. I think it worked out at around £50 a gram!! I bought 2g, missus wasn't too happy about that but........!
I didn't know how strict there cannabis laws were or I may well have not bothered! But no harm done really :P
