I thought this was always the case ? Allowed to grow 5 plants percy , as long as you don't use lights ?! Nothing new here move along.........
You know, if its eventually legalized, cannabis will probably be regulated and taxed similarly to alcohol. Which means limits and regulations around THC content.

Its a trade-off.....and they still bust people in the US for making their own alcohol (moonshine).
