hey folks, was wondering if any of the resident amsterdamers knew of any good* pubs or coffeeshops (coffeeshop preferably) that would show the Hibs v Celtic game on july the 24th on ESPN?
* good as in not going to be full of drunken bams (so pretty much nothing in the red light)
5th trip to the dam next friday

birthday on the 24th watching (hopefully) the hibees get it right round the manky celtc

coffeeshop little, right down by mellow yellow, had a nice flat screen on the wall showing the world cup last july.
i dont know if they would show football generally outside the world cup, but its a decent place and its worth visiting (and getting the silver haze) just to ask if they'd show it.

Stones cafe and Ricks cafe will probably show the game, or there is an Irish bar called molly mallones down the side street next to voyagers that may have it on.
I'd go to t'nes though. Always good to be with DC. top fella

Fact, the oldish Irish fella with a pony tail (hes worked there for years) is definatly Celtic. Spoke to him on a few occassions about football. But I found his lack of knowledge of Oxford Utd quite disturbing
