Will actually be in the dam in 2 weeks,and have set aside 50 euros for weed/hash.I won't have much time to go to the shops I would like to go ,as the Mrs is not keen on me buying any.so it will be a hour at.most nipping off and grabbing what I can .I am staying on the prinse hendrikkade.from the mtap I see dampkring voyagers and rasta baby around this area.


So basically if you had 50euros and 1 hour where would you go and what would you buy.

if i was in that situation, having only one hour, i would spend all 50 euros of it at Voyagers. the staff are great, and will let you smell and look at everything, and will let you inspect it on their microscopes, so when you decide on which strains you're gonna buy, you know you've made the choice correctly, and not simply gambled on a name on the menu.

Going to be going on advice on others recent trips and buys made nearer thtime from this forum.quite sure whatever I buy will mess me up.not smoked weed for around 5 years, since moving into new house and getting married.

If your visiting Haarlem, i'd spend it there at say Empire, all the top stains are 12eu for 1.8 grams, i'd buy there legendary White Widow and whatever they have as the Empire Special, as well as a chunk of hash.
If that is not an option i'd go to Boerjongens in Amsterdam, IMO you will not find another place in the city that will give you as much value and selection ( strictly buy and fly ).
Lastly if that is too far out, and you really only have that one hour, it'd be Mellow Yellow for the 5 gram deal of S5-Juice ( 5g for 50eu )which is some of the best sativa i've ever had, dripping in trichromes.

You wont go wrong if you follow c_s_s and the other's advice and hit up voyagers. Awesome tackle and nice personnel.

I was in Voyagers a month or so ago and was very impressed with the weed I purchased, both in terms of what it looked like and how stoned it got me. CSS has pretty much hit the nail on the head with his post so I would take the advice and enjoy your hour!!

To put it in perspective, for the past 4 years I have hired a car from Schiphol to travel to Belgium for a music festival and have always bought my weed on the way in Eindhoven. This year for the first time, I'm going into Amsterdam straight after I land for one hour specifically to buy my stock in Voyagers. It will cost me more money to buy less weed than I would get in Eindhoven (plus the cost of the return train journey) but it's money well spent imo.

Check out 420 on Oudebrugsteeg, just off the Damrak, a short walk from Voyagers but a totally different and unique character, the weed is quite good as well.

420 may be a decent place , but I wouldn't go there to spend my €50 for me it would be either Voyagers , Boerjongens possibly Club Media although I don't think you will get much for €50 in Centrum so prob would be Boerjongens/Bij

Also the 5G deal on the S5 Haze would be pretty tempting too (Mellow Yellow)

Leave the missus at home .. sneaking it in Amsterdam? I couldn't imagine .. but if i had to , maybe you should just buy a bunch of cakes.. or muffins etc. then she'll be none the wiser. Work smarter, not harder..

well, Chelsea. I didn't say he wouldn't be messed up, It is just easier to explain it off as being "tired" or some other excuse. at least that way he wouldn't smell like he just smoked. I didn't mean to eat them all at once I am sure I will take the callenge of eating 3 or 4 cakes prior to my plane ride home!
