September 4th ACD Boat Trip
It's starting to look like a lot of us will be around on Sunday the 4th. Would anyone be interested in doing a boat trip after the T&T and crawl-lette? Maybe somewhere between 4 and 6 pm? I'd be happy to set it up if people want to do it. (Maybe with OG tours.)

WOW now that souns like a plan.
Did a canal tour last time and had thought about st nics boat club this time as i believe smokers are welcome. Have you been with this company before geekymonkey, whats the set up?

I will probably wait til I get there and do something like this spur of the moment rather than planning. But I definitely will be @ the T & T and coffeeshop crawl

Re: September 4th ACD Boat Trip
We're a few men short of a full boat.
hehe
Sorry BB and Naismith, but it looks like there's not enough interest in a group trip this time (which doesn't really surprise me given that this is just a random weekend in September.)
BB, I haven't actually done a boat tour yet, but both OG Tours and St Nicks are smoke friendly from what I've heard.
See you at the T&Ts!

Re: September 4th ACD Boat Trip
Thanks Cat for the heads up.
BB, are you traveling with your Mr? If so, we actually will have enough for a boat trip.
In which case do we want to do around 3:30pm on Sunday? That would give us time to do some crawling first, although probably not enough time to get down into dePijp.
Naismith- are you still interested?

I've emailed OG tours for details, and I'll post them here when I get them.

Re: September 4th ACD Boat Trip
I've never gotten a reply from OG Boat Tours, but I'm pretty sure we can sign up in Voyagers.
It's not clear that the weather will be good either, so let's plan to make a call at noon at the T&T.
If anyone might be interested in the boat ride, but isn't planning to join us for the T&T, I'd be happy to email you or text you the details of the plan after we all confer on Sunday, just pm me your desired contact info.
It's getting close now- I'm really excited!
See y'all soon!

Re: September 4th ACD Boat Trip
I've heard back from Captain Ryan with OG tours, and he'd be happy to take us out sometime Sunday afternoon if there's still interest.
10 E/ pp, and the trip will be around an hour.
I've asked him how late we can wait to commit, as the weather forecast for Sunday isn't necessarily looking great.
I'm hoping that we can make the call on Sunday when we convene for our t&t, however if anyone definitely wants to go, rain or shine, I'll set it up for sure.
