Welcome to the forum.

What dates will you be in Amsterdam?
I'll post you on the Whos In Town page.
You can see who else may be in town and any Toke & Talks that are planned.

You may want to check out this very informative site for first time visitors.

How not to get hit by a bike and other stuff they forgot to tell you about Amsterdam.

Couple of young pups.

You have been posted on the September Whos In Town page.

You can see who else may be in town during your stay.

Watch for Toke & Talks, I post them up to the last minute.
Or post one of your own. All I need is a date, time, and coffeeshop to post it.

By default I link your posting to your profile page here on ACD.

https://www.coffeeshopdirect.com/forum/membe ... le&u=69471

I can change it to a web link ( myspace, facebook, personal page )
or an email address if you want.

You can do a little practice shopping on the Coffeeshop Menus page.
Any with arrows are less than six months old.

I guess we all got the same memo....40th birthday, get your ass to Amsterdam! Some how, I'm super excited about finding some blues/jazz coffee shops and drinking milkshakes in the nice autumn air :D Dorky and delicious (I hope)

Hello, been to Amsterdam in the fall, it was great, but in my opinion it is better in the spring, tulips and buds. Enjoy your trip and happy birthday.

My girl and me get that memo most years.
Dunno about blues/jazz c/s, can't recall any, though i did hear Howlin Wolf in Pink Floyd years ago before it got Dampkringed.
As for the other reason for your excitement...

Welcome Ms. Chuggy!! I am not sure about blues or jazz coffeeshops, but Maloe Melo (Lijnbaansgracht 163) is Amsterdam's Home of the Blues. Check the listings at maloemelo.com. They're not a coffeeshop, but they were smoker friendly the last time I was there in 2005.

Have a fun!!
