I have a trillion questions and many probably repeats (even though I have trolled through the forum) just nice to get some reassurance. Dunno about blues/jazz c/s, can't recall any, though i did hear Howlin Wolf in Pink Floyd years ago before it got Dampkringed.

Welcome Ms. Chuggy!! I am not sure about blues or jazz coffeeshops, but Maloe Melo (Lijnbaansgracht 163) is Amsterdam's Home of the Blues. Check the listings at maloemelo.com. They're not a coffeeshop, but they were smoker friendly the last time I was there in 2005.
