hi, i'm going to uthrecht in january, does anybody of you know if any coffeeshop is still open in utrecht? (due to the new law about the distance from schools)

Is Hi/LO really open again?

yes, i was in hi/lo yesterday evening, it was open but take-away service only, i think because it was evening i think during the day you can sit in and smoke.
