hi & lo is a great place...got the white widow
the interior has that whole duality thing going on and the bathroom is awesome

hi, i'm going to uthrecht in january, does anybody of you know if any coffeeshop is still open in utrecht? (due to the new law about the distance from schools)

yes, i was in hi/lo yesterday evening, it was open but take-away service only, i think because it was evening i think during the day you can sit in and smoke.
