Firstly, yes I know there illegal but obviously you can still get them SOMEWHERE if you know where to look..
I've read from some of the threads that the best bet is to ask in smartshops etc.

I doubt any would risk naming a shop they knows sells them. I will say Warmoesstraat is a good place to shop
