It's an easy drive, but wouldn't it be easier for you to go from Newcastle?

antwerp can be a bit mad and as you pass rotterdam, but as long as you read the signs and know which city to head towards next it is straight forward.

its worth it (most trips to dam are worth it). worth popping into belgium for cheap duty free and dreda is only a little detour the S5 haze at pax de boot is Yummmy. make sure you have saftey stuff and florescent tops (if you get pulled by french police) there bastards. the earlier you go the better as traffic can be slow from 4pm onwards.have a great trip..
