Has anyone had any success popping beans found in the Jamaican (or Thai for that matter) they've gotten? When I go to a'dam in may-june I wouldn't mind getting some of these genetics- they might cross well with a blueberry, kush, or godbud...
This should be easy to get in any city where there is a decent amount of afro carribean people, the amount of older man who will not touch smelly/skunk whatever man want to call indoor grown bud is unreal so there is always yard weed/hi grade available.
Had some Hi Grade in the sensismile coffeeshop in rotterdam. But this was some 15 years ago. Never come across it in the dam and I've been visiting every year since 92'
Next trip 1st August 2015. 2 weeks camping/putting my feet up.

That's pretty much the standard price, just depends on which old Jamaican you know. I get discount on oz's and up but its still steep and you don’t get many spliffs for the money. Better than the shite skunk i cant get at the moment. Yeah the high is nice and floaty. I prefer the light green grade - the high is stronger and more racey. Here's the pic I posted in the what you smokin thread few months back
it is the right time of the year for the grade, as above it is lovely stuff with a very different high, but it just isnt economical when an oz costs the same price as top import haze....
I had this stuff a while back one of my friends likes this quite a lot. It dosent get u high like the skunks of the world. It just makes ur eyes red nothing else, the taste is a hit and miss I'd say.personally I don't like it but don't mind it but I'll never buy it.

It wont get you very high if smoke it after/while smoking strong skunks, but if you roll a gram spliff as the first one of the day it will have you relaxed and floating nicely. It has no couch lock, only high.
Hi, noob here but came across this while searching online about high grade
Its good to see some real smokers out there, I have been smoking high grade for a very long time now and it is the only type of weed I will smoke now.
The old guy I get mine from has been a good source, and always has variety's, like the black one that has a hashy/oil smell to it as well as the light green one (not the horrible light green one).
I asked him a few years ago what is the difference between sess an high grade, he said its the same thing. I am still quite confused about this as the bits I get always have seeds, but from speaking to other people they say sess has no seeds. So maybe I have just been smoking high grade? and sess is another thing.
The high is so clean and natural but still very heavy, I can smoke one in the morning which will get me really stoned but I can still go out and face people and get on with normal life. When I used to smoke skunk I couldn't even answer my phone.
At the moment, well since xmas the guy I get mine from has not been getting anything to decent. Its black its compressed it looks proper but it doesn't have that aroma to it. It still does the job but when I asked him he said he is having trouble getting anything better at the moment. Is anybody else finding this to be the same problem in London? cause up until now there has been a constant supply of the proper one, maybe one week it wont be as good but next time its back to normal. but for the past month its been like this, and I am starting to think about looking elsewhere

The Thai we've been getting recently is the same - great for a wake n bake, but you can smoke it all day after that without it hitting you much harder.
