I think Rose Street is ok for pubs & places to eat from memory. Royal mile with the rest of the tourists probably is a must. Would recommend a creepy night time graveyard tour & one that explains the closes. Cisco has covered the rest & I'm sure Mr Twitch will assist too, enjoy :)
