Yesterday I picked up a pack of 5 seeds (Amnesia Haze) from the Rokerij at Single 8. Wendy wasn't able to be there but the peeps that I spoke with from the shop were nice (chill) and attentive.
I will be starting a grow report at the end of this month/early November.
The report will consist of a listing of resources/equipment used and their cost, weekly updates including pics, and a summary after the bud has cured.

It seems quite straightforward, Rokerij are moving into the seeds business and are looking for some publicity. It's up to you whether they get good publicity or bad. They are offering free seeds to anyone who will try them and report their findings.
I guess, being a Netherlands company, they are expecting mostly local growers to take up their offer. If you are in the land of prohibition then you'll need to take whatever precautions you usually do when dealing with mail order companies.

As Lemming stated, fairly straightforward.
Send the Rokerij Seed Co. an email, subject line ATTN: Wendy Smit. Inform her that you are from the ACD Forum and are interested in growing one of their stains. Provide her with the name of the strain you are interested in, and here is the tricky part, arrange for pick-up or post.
i did this and after 4 weeks of following it up while in the dam, I gave up. she intially said she would, then never arranged to meet, by time she decided to, I opened the e mail late, and was unable to meet her. I guess she is a busy lady, but she could have left them somewhere for me to pick up.
