yep thats nightshade alright... doesnt sound great, I've never tried it myself though...never really stood out to me. pity to hear that happened with the drinks etc...that sort of thing really bugs me so I can easily understand why you weren't impressed boner. Same thing happened me in on my first trip, went to the greenhouse...some people came in 10mins after us but immediately they were looked after while we had to wait...crappy service there anyway so I never go anymore nowadays...I've gone twice since then in recent years to see has there been any change in their attitude/service...but nope...

I haven't had anything stellar or cup winning worthy from Barneys in years, the last time was when they sold Sweet tooth (I'd kill for the cut they had they, beans are like rocking horse manure as well unless you get the F4's or whatever they're at now) now that I could smoke all day every day, fucking loved it, I remember stopping in Delft with my parents one trip so I got the train to Amsterdam just for the Sweet Tooth (luckily it was in stock and as awesome as I remembered). :D

That's odd, I've always found their menu to be gash...loads of 'cool' strains, until you look at them...lol

I had the Sweet tooth from Barneys in 05, it had a one of a kind smell, taste and buzz! The Blue Cheese from Barneys in 08 was very good as well. Every thing else I tried there sucked, big time!

I like Amnesia, and I like the decor. It has a bit of a hipster vibe which usually compliments my outfit.

I always find they have some buds really worth smoking, and some that are not quite right. I've never had a hard time getting the dealer there to help guide me to some good stuff, as they have been uniformly good.

It is a lot of Barney's Farm weeds, but I like that because I try to try a few of their buds and I actually like Amnesia's atmosphere better than most of the Barneys.

The nightshade is actually lovely right now. Nicely cured, tasty, and smooth. Honestly I mixed pretty much all of it with hash, and it wasn't the very best weed I've ever smoked but I really enjoyed it this week.

They have some nice Nepalese Pollen right now, which is around a lot of places, but is a good smoke.

They have nice weeds, but come on, they sell their LSD at 13e/g, mine is 100X better and I wouldn't sell it for more than 10e a gram if I had a CS... And the list is long... Amnesia Lemon lol, just a cross of amnesia and skunk, nothing special, BANG, 13e/g again !
The cheapest weed they have is the white widow at 10e/g, definitely not worth it.
I like Amnesia because it's a great place, but every time I'm here I have to sniff ALL the strains to find something I'd like, and I always feel ripped off after smoking my first joint.

Is this the sweet pink grapefruit bc strain? It's very highly regarded if it is...I've never smoked any sweet tooth because whenever I've viewed it in a cs it just seems like bland commercial business. Have heard of it locally but never come across that one.
How many strains do i rip on the daily...

Spice of Life and DJ Short have prepared this very special release by crossing the ever-popular Sweet Pink Grapefruit clone to the latest Blueberry family pollen in a tribute to over ten years of Sweet Tooth. This Joint Project f1 results in fruit-flavored, colorful buds with an extremely pleasant buzz.
It was like smoking a bag of sugar, so sweet and tasty with a real nice stone, I think Hortilabs are working with the SPG clone to release some baens.

Of those I can only recommend the Grey Area, since the last time I went to Amsterdam I bought only one strain apiece from two other shops (White Widow from Siberie, and Laughing Buddha from Dampkring 2 - recommend the Buddha, at 7.5€/g it was a steal! Smooth-tasting herb with a relaxing, happy hybrid effect). I have never had a bad purchase from this place, but I don't know what's gonna be on the menu when you go now. When I first visited I know I smoked at least the Martian Mean Green, Yellowcab, some kind of Haze and something with a Diesel in it, but I can't remember too much from those experiences. However, when I visited last summer, this is what I bought:

OG #18 - after half a joint, this had me looking at the joint with a ridiculous look on my face going "god damn, was there really just weed in this?" This shit makes your brain numb for a short while, after which you realize your body has settled into a deeply relaxing, vibrant and warm buzz which stays for a long while. Gravity seems to be highly amplified. When I cracked open the bag, the aroma was so pungent I nearly thought there was mold in there - but no, just some dank, dank weed.

Martian Mean Green - this is a favorite of mine. The buds look real quirky, but from the smell and the taste of the weed you might easily think it isn't all that. That was also my first impression about halfway through the first spliff - I didn't feel much. About 5 minutes after the end of the spliff, I noticed myself slowly sinking into a very peculiar mental state. This is serious creeper weed! The effect is mostly in the head, and it's one of the most memorable strains I've toked.

GreyBerry - at 8.5€/g, this is a real steal. It's a reasonably potent couchlocking indica, but the flavour is so good I'd smoke this shit even if it didn't get me high (although what else would you expect when crossing a Blueberry and a Bubblegum). It got me plenty high, though, and gave me the munchies real bad! This is movie night bud, for sure.

Right with you on the Martian Mean Green, Spacefunk! I got mine at Borejongens, last year, It's exactly the kind of Bud that I look for when I go to Amsterdam! :)

I wish I had gotten to taste that LSD you grew- it was pretty stuff and I like that strain. The nightshade is only 10e/g right now. Their gear is definitely on the expensive side though, and I agree you have to smell carefully before you buy there because everything isn't uniformly well-cured.

It's not a shop I buy and fly from, because I never *have* to have their weed, and I don't make it every trip, but I do like chilling there if I'm over in the Jordan.

Nice! Didn't get a chance to try the critical cream cheese unfortunately, it's the one thing I'm a little bummed about missing this trip.

You had to look a little harder than usual for the really great bud this trip, but it's out there to be found.

I bought a Gram of the Critical Cream Cheese on the Friday , it's ok but that ice-o-later from Eindhoven was better and cheaper 1.2 for €12 rather than €16 for 1

Tbh I was thinking they were both the same for a few days , exact same consistency , colour etc but the CCC has a bit more of a pronounced aroma in the middle , both pieces are nice
