Well, this thread went off on it's own, but that's cool. Guess I'm in for a treat next week in the'dam cause as a stoner I just hit whatever my man has. Been doing this for almost 30 yrs and didn't even know there was a critical cream cheese ( or even a cheese for that matter). Hope the missus has a good sense of direction!! Not really a participant on this forum, but gonna take a lot of pics...

I'm going to Paris for a week and would love to try some of your splendid cheese if you could handle an Aussie??? I have to be there 5 nights and am to scared to take any myself.
